Really didn’t care for that blowhard Bruno Behrend, please don’t feature him again. With his plans to politically eviscerate Cook Co, I see a not-so-subtle attempt to push Illinois towards the red. And indeed his statements bear this out (‘purple state’ my ass).
I’m glad you covered this information; I now know that what was a seemingly innocuous question on the ballot is in fact something dangerous to our social fabric (I really don’t think this is an overstatement). If that was your intent, thank you, though I would have rather heard directly from someone opposing this initiative. But I am starting to suspect you guys of having an agenda…
PS- I listen to your show every Friday and I usually enjoy it. I agree with your stance on the Olympics & love your one-sided sparring with Vi Daley. You have a witty and intelligent program- a rarity these days. But a little more balance might be in order when you cover political issues. Consider your audience

Congratulations on that seven dollars and change you managed in the city budget. Spend it wisely! (Beer.)
